My Allergy ID customer terms and conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions on which My Allergy ID permits use of the admin area. Please read our terms and conditions in their entirety before subscribing to the admin area because use of our services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions until your account is removed from our system.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time but will notify you of any changes via email. If you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions, please contact us at hello@myallergyid.com.

1.0 Definitions

2.0 Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that neither My Allergy ID, any content owner or third party processor, nor their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, any company subsidiary or associates, will be responsible for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages or loss of any kind as a result of the use of the My Allergy ID app, its content or any information made available to you through use or registration with our service.

Reliance on information and conclusions provided by My Allergy ID is solely at your customer’s own risk, it is up to you to make this clear to them as it is your company that accepts liability for any incident that arises due to the incorrect input of product information, failure to keep product information updated and incorrect labelling of products in store and on the admin area.

3.0 Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that all the content on our admin area (i.e. its features, functionality; including but not limited to information, software, text, displays, images and the design) are owned by My Allergy ID and therefore are subject to copyright and you should ensure that any copied content is used only for research and/or reference purposes and may not be copied, reproduced, rebroadcast, or used commercially in all or any part without our express prior written consent.

4.0 Price and Payment

4.1 Our service comes with a 28-day free trial at the start of your subscription, once this 28 day period is over your company will only be able to continue use of the service if an advance payment is made before the end of the 28 days. If this advance payment is not made your account will be blocked temporarily or until the payment is made, preventing use in any form of our service.

4.2 Prices are quoted in UK pounds therefore you must make the payments in this currency. This payment must be made via debit or credit card or any other form of payment card.

4.3 Payments to My Allergy ID should be made on the first day of each month to continue use of the admin area.

4.4 My Allergy ID reserves the right to accept or decline any payment at any time in any form.

4.5 The subscription cost excludes taxes, levies and duties imposed by taxing authorities, you are responsible for paying these costs in addition to your subscription fees.

4.6 Your card company may also complete checks to ensure it is you authorising the transaction.

4.7 If you choose to terminate your subscription to My Allergy ID, once you have informed us of this decision you are expected to pay the subscription fee for the following month and after this you will not be charged.

5.0 Termination and Suspension

You may stop using our service at any time should you wish to do so. We reserve the right to terminate your account should you fail to comply with these Terms or if your use of the admin area suggests risks of harm, losses to My Allergy ID or any other registered user or you fail to pay the subscription fee outlined in the business agreement contract. We will of course notify you, in most cases, in advance of your account termination via the email address associated with your business to provide you with the opportunity to remove your information from our service or to conform to our Terms once more. If you then fail to comply with the options we provide to you we will terminate or suspend access to your account.

We will not notify you in advance of your account termination if:

  • We are not permitted to do so by law
  • It would cause legal liability or compromise our ability to provide our services to other users

6.0 Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time we deem it appropriate or necessary. We will notify you of any changes to these Terms via the email address associated with your business and by continuing your use of our services after these changes have been made you agree to be bound by the updated terms of use.
